I checked to make sure that the notifications options while in the application have been set, and they're, even Test the S Equipment application to be certain they were being on, and they are. I even uninstalled and reinstalled both applications. Short of resetting my phone, I'm lost. If all this can be mounted, I'd personally give much more stars.
